Join the College of Charleston Alumni Association in its countdown to A Charleston Affair Weekend, Friday, May 4 – Sunday, May 6, 2012. The weekend is an exhilarating schedule of events and programs for all alumni and friends. Mark your calendars and make your reservations for a sensational weekend in the best city on the planet.

A Charleston Affair has been the annual graduation gala and alumni reception for the College of Charleston since 1900. The Affair has created an annual pilgrimage back to campus for our alumni to celebrate the imminent graduation of the senior class and welcome them into the Alumni Association.

2012 marks a bigger and bolder A Charleston Affair. We will be expanding the event space from the Cistern Yard into the surrounding areas at the heart of campus to accommodate our guests. We will have two main event spaces with entertainment, food and beverage, and additional entrances will be opened where E-tickets will be required at entry.

• Live music by DJ Trailmix (Cougar Mall)
• Beer, wine and a specialty drink
• Delicious cuisine
• Alumni Tent Reunions (Graduate School, Multicultural Student Programs and Services, Pi Kappa Phi, and the School of Education, Health, and Human Performance, School of Sciences and Mathematics)
• VIP Lounges in Randolph Hall and Towell Library
• VIP Reunions for Kappa Alpha and Sigma Alpha Epsilon
• Early admission when you attend the Alumni Association Annual Business Meeting at 5:30 p.m. in the Physicians Memorial Auditorium.
